Complete Herb Grinder Manufacturing
Raw Material Preparation
We select premium raw materials including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc alloy and food-grade plastic rods/sheets according to product specifications. All metal blanks are cut into standard sizes via cutting machines.
CNC Precision Machining
CNC Lathe turns cylinder bodies, lids, bottom storage bases, inner & outer threads, and knurled anti-slip edges. CNC Milling carves sharp grinding teeth, hollow decorative patterns and special-shaped outlines for novelty grinders.
Deburring & Polishing
Remove all sharp metal burrs and flash edges first. Then conduct multi-stage polishing: matte satin finish or mirror polishing to get smooth, scratch-resistant surfaces.
Mesh Layer Processing
For multi-layer grinders — cut stainless steel wire mesh into circular sheets, then press-fit and spot-weld the mesh onto the separation ring to form the pollen filter compartment.
Surface Finishing & OEM
Anodizing for aluminum. Laser engraving for logos. Electroplating for zinc alloy (gold, black, rainbow, chrome). Rhinestone inlay or hand painting for novelty skulls, aliens, etc.
Accessory Production
Produce matching spare parts: plastic pollen scrapers, velvet storage pouches, cleaning brushes and custom gift boxes via injection molding and sewing.
Manual Assembly & Testing
Screw all machined metal layers together, repeatedly twist to test thread smoothness, tightness and grinding efficiency. Magnetic lid suction force check for magnetic models.
Strict Quality Inspection
Inspect dimensional tolerance, polishing flaws, tooth sharpness, mesh tightness, rotation smoothness and surface color consistency; sort out defective units.
Deep Cleaning & Dust Removal
Blow away metal shavings and surface dust, wipe each grinder clean to avoid metal residue on final packaging.
Finished Packaging
Pack qualified grinders with matching accessories into individual poly bags or customized gift boxes, then load into export cartons for shipment.
Certifications & Compliance
Import/export qualifications, product environmental testing, material safety reports, EU CE and RoHS compliance — all English documentation available upon request.
